As far as the lounges go, not only do they have good airport lounges, but they also have good business center lounges. When I was in Waikiki two weeks ago, I found the DC business lounge there (only a short walk from the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, Hilton Village, and the Preferred Hotel) very useful. I was able to get a little work done in Paradise.
