I use them both, living in Europe, flying intercontinental over AMS. I am happy with the service they provide (food, drinks, showers/toilets, seats, etc). The lounges, however, are often very crowded in the morning, especially the one for intercontinental flights. I am not sure what the plans are, but a second lounge in the non-Schengen section of the airport would be very welcome.
