I still have IE7 and IE7Pro and my hand cursor hasn't made another appearance since disabling Grab and Drag.

The only thing I can think of is system restore (back to when your cursor was normal). Not sure if it would work. Try and see if it makes any difference. Good luck!

BTW, I hate that hand cursor too.
