UA cargo only says "operations" and the final delay is only 30 minutes so I'm guessing either fuel or to offload a passenger.
oops: that arrival information was for ORD-DEN which uses a different ac. The delay into ORD is about 3 hours, which suggests something more serious than fuel or a sick passenger.
