With the addition of the green salad, surf n turf, advertized ice cream and coffee with dessert, the endless cultural capitulation turning Air France into an American company takes another important step. Your glasses of what looked like Coca-Cola were an appropriate illustration of this.
I have always found the two leaves of lettuce served with the foie gras with its own bottle of vinaigrette cruel as it only gave one the desire for a bit of salad without actually delivering on the promise.
Will miss the blue cheese as it gave me an excuse to have a glass of port before my armagnac. Still cannot understand why they cannot bring the cheese later, especially since those of us who enjoy a second glass of wine or something with the cheese are forced to fight for the attention of the FA rather than them providing attentive service.
Still a rather ho-hum, supermarket-ish selection of wines...
