OK, I've searched the MR site and cannot for the life of me find the RC saver awards. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Also, how does the MVCI thing work? I see that you need to use "upgrades" to get to a 1 bedroom...how many points is an "upgrade" at a Level 6?
