Did someone say that AmEx won't book restaurant reservations for you unless the restaurant is one of their fine dining members? That is really lame; Nextel just sent me some info with my monthly statement saying that their 411 will be happy to book a reservation for me at any restaurant. It's actually quite funny, because many times when I call them to have them connect me with a take-out restaurant (chineese, pizza, etc.), they offer to make reservations.
