+Large Availability of award seats throughout extensive network.
+One World Partnership offers expansive route network for redemption on top tier carriers (CX, BA).
+Companion upgrade privileges.
+Incredible Customer Service - US based call centers, EXP desk, Admirals Club Lounge AAngels
- Co-pays on upgrades - getting steeper.
- Baggage pay should go away (although as EXP never had to deal with it)
