Today Randy and I had the pleasure of meeting Sandy Dahl, the widow of the hero Jason Dahl who was the Captain of United 93 and her fundraiser volunteers 777 Captain David Dosch, A320 Captain Tom Bush (USAF Colonel, Ret.) and of course our own 767 Captain Denny Flanagan who put us in touch with these wonderful people.
It was a great honor to present the gift today. The DO participants generosity raised enough money to award one scholarship for a young pilot! ^^
Captain Jason Dahl loved aviation and I can't think of a better way remembering the hero's of United 93. If it wasn't for them a lot more lives would probably be lost on 9/11.
