I've been there twice and would say the only effect of the nearby industry is in the views. Some rooms have it in clear view. I agree that there are many positives that make it worth the visit. Just note that my recent stay in July was very good but fron desk service was consistantly poor which was surprising. Regardless, we cant wait to return.
