On my recent trip I observed all of the different types of bags that travelers were carrying or rolling through the airports. It is indeed much rarer to find someone with two shoulder bags than someone who has the typical rolling case along with briefcase/computer bag. For short trips, I can carry two bags, since the bag with clothing in is usually not very heavy. However, for anything 3 days or longer, I have to use the rolling case. I just haven't been able to accomplish the "one bag" travel concept as of yet.
