I was at the B-18 RCC yesterday as well at about 6pm. I couldn't believe how packed it was and immediately walked over to the C RCC. While busy, there were plenty of seats available in C.
COHIGHCOUNTRY1K, I was there at the same time as you yesterday. I actually arrived earlier and can say that it was not any different from 3PM onward. The seating area outside of the entry vestibule was standing room only as well.
I know that this has been exacerbated based on the B6 repairs, but yesterday was amazing.
