again...as usual the SCB level of customer service...
- priority banking line printed at the back of the priority banking credit card: of course no one knows what's happening, immediately transferring to the credit card service center
- credit card service center staff: this change will come Dec 1; I then asked "how come my friend told me it's effective Nov 16, next Monday ?? and how come no communications at all even when I have so many SCB credit cards ?? I got no communications from any of these cards on this change" - now she's going back to check the effective date.
