Do you really think Houston and Charlotte are near the top for destinations to return? Houston might be workable on an E170, but Charlotte was a pulled before the price of oil really went crazy and the SkyWest fleet was reduced.
For awhile, I didn't think BWI had a chance of returning anytime soon. However, like you said, there may be some very good strategic reasons for adding it back. If nothing else, it would be fun to see Republic take a slap at both Southwest and AirTran.
