I've stayed at both of them numerous times. I prefer the Hughes Ctr, by a hair. Why, b/c there are more things to do in the immediate area, its closer to a nicer part of the strip, the breakfast and happy hour are a bit better. Again I prefer this by a hair and the CC is a good property too. Both have indoor parking if you want. the parking at the CC is at the Marriott Suites but you can park there if you want. If you are going to be at the CC then I would choose that location as you can walk. Also since the rooms are pretty much the same, I usually pick a low floor at the Hughes center to avoid the elevator hassle.
