Thanks - that is what I recall from my visit there about 2 years ago - service was AWFUL.

Also, per my research, I am finding that the Sheraton Suites @ ORD has an Internet Special of $130 night vs. a ridiculous $179 at Marriott ORD.

Also, the Sheraton Suites has a Club Lounge as well.
