Pardon my ignorance, but what am I supposed to be seeing in those pictures?
I have stayed at the property numerous times the last few months and have not seen/smelled any mold. I find this property more than satisfactory and I'm not canceling my upcoming stays because of this thread.
As for the cigar issue, I would just dispute this with American Express
