AVOID CHICAGO O'HARE MARRIOTT !!
I have been a PLT member for the last 2 years, ans have never experienced such a lousy Marriott as I did this weekend.
Avoid the Chicago O'Hare Marriott at all costs. here are a few examples:
1. Only 1 working elevator.
2. Room had no heat becuase "engineer had turned it off for the night".
3. On 2 occasions, had to wait 35 minutes EACH time for so-called airport shuttle bus. The hotel is only 7-8 minutes from airport.
4. Local phone charges of $1.73 and $1.89 with variable access charges for call times.
5. Room size of jail cell.
6. Nasty and rude Resident Manager.
Again, stay anywhere at O'Hare except this property. Next time I will be at the Suites.
