Had a great stay at this location over the Halloween weekend. I thought the staff was very attentive, the suites are really nice. Although the property has been there for a while everything looked like new. I also had one of the best "room service" meals I have ever had at any location. This sure beat the Westin O'Hare located right across the street. It used to be quite nice but has really gone down hill. Congrats Marriott, I will be back for sure.
