AFAIK, all of AA's currently-operating 752s are certified to at least ETOPS120. But it wouldn't matter in this case... If you pull up JFK-BOG on Great Circle Mapper, you will see that the routing is due South (180°), and is within ETOPS60, much less 120 or 180. So, no ETOPS issues there.
