Thumbs up BA164 (TLV-LHR) last night - simply fantastic!

Just wanted to mention the wonderful crew on the 164 last night (777 TLV-LHR) they were simply brilliant, and certainly made up for the 2 hour delay.

Was travelling with Mrs Clubman and Miss Toddler Clubman, and they couldn’t of made the flight more enjoyable if they tried.

It wasn’t just one or two of the FA's, it was all of them, they were all the nicest people you could meet, couldn’t do enough for you, and really gave first class service.

I know the flight being very empty (W had just 4 passengers and in J we had more than half the cabin to ourselves...) does help as the crew are not so rushed of their feet and can be a little more relaxed...

I was also impressed with the BA office in Tel Aviv making every effort to get in touch with us earlier in the day, to make sure we knew about the delay so that we can arrive later at the airport.
I got a voice message on my UK and my overseas mobiles, 2 text messages, and an email!


Anyway, a 'well done' form is on the way to Customer relations.
