What an example of BAD customer service. First rented a car - total price online was $90 - then extra driver charge - extra this charge etc. they all do that so I just have to accept this.

Get to the car- absolute stench of cigarette smoke. Requested a new car. "I do not have anything else." I said that 5 minutes ago I was given a choice of cars. I cant help you here.

It was clear that she did not care.... then she said it out loud twice "I do not care".

Never ever doing business with them again.
