It was a good thing too, because although we were in the front seats of our flight and off first, it took forever for the ground crew to bring our baby carriage up to the jetbridge door. So by the time it came, most of the plane was ahead of us and the MH flight was on it's way too. It was a madhouse in the immigration area.

We were pleasantly surprised when we descended an escalator well before the immigration area and saw some folks with a sign with our name on it. We were led off to a lounge and hung out for about 10 minutes while our passports were taken to get visas and stamps. Then we were led out and through the flight crew lane, to baggage claim where our luggage had already been gathered. We were all loaded up in the R350 in another 3 minutes.

I'm still not sure what the upgrade policy is here. We got a slightly better (higher up and closer to ocean side of property) suite this time, but no mention of one of the pool suites as an option. I am perfectly happy with this room so no worries.
A pool suite with a baby might not be a good idea anyway. How is the hotel with little ones?
