Brussels Airlines "Privilege" becomes Miles & More
Brussels Airlines' (SN) frequent flyer program becomes Miles & More (M&M) as part of the integration of SN in Star Alliance.
SN currently flies within Europe and has an extensive network in Africa, with flights from Brussels to Nairobi, Entebbe, Kigali, Bujumbura, Kinshasa, Yaoundé, Douala, Dakar, Abijan, Luanda, Monrovia, etc.
Current Privilege card holders will receive an equivalent M&M status:
Privilege Gold (30,000 miles) --> Frequent Traveller (35,000 miles)
Privilege Platinum (70,000 miles) --> Senator (100,000 miles)
Although the programs won't converge on 25th of October, online they have already been merged. New cards will be sent throughout October.
Good step for SN passengers (more choices, etc) or bad options for Privilege customers (generally more miles are required from M&M for upgrades or awards)?
