I agree with Didier. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel twice (it's a nice hotel). They have a shuttle that leaves about every 30 minutes. I believe it makes 3 stops around the airport. You want the stop that takes you to the RER. You'll take that into Paris and can follow the directions posted above. I always enjoyed the rides back and forth. You get to see parts of Paris that you wouldn't normally see if you are staying in the city. It was also pretty quiet at night. No trouble sleeping. Have fun.
