I am also booked on FD3036 for a flight in late December.

The Thai help line is +66 2 515 9999 or 02 515 9999 from within Thailand. You will be given the option to speak in English (speak slowly and clearly )

Every now and again I check the schedules and availability on the Air Asia website.
