I too had a problem with a dine that I had on 16Sep09. I called them yesterday and was told that they were experiencing a problem with capturing AMEX transactions and that the technical department was working on fixing the problem. Once fixed, they should post the old transactions. But, if I still didn't see it post by the end of next week, I should call them and they would manually post it.
