I agree on the shorthaul note, it has never happened at all for me in shorthaul, but for longhaul I think I am in the 75-80% range, and with the last year or two it has been consistently `enforced`. They seem to like to talk and dont mind wasting a couple of minutes either. Perhaps I am just lucky?
