I highly doubt this - perhaps upgrades on full Y (to be processed after CO complimentary Elite upgrades), but unless CO Elites get the same on UA, then you're going to see a major uprising on the board.
UA Elites should NOT be given access to CO exit rows or preferred seating unless CO Elites are given access to E+.
There will be a huge uprising here if UA people are given benefits on CO that CO Elites cannot equal when flying UA.
