SQ is more comfortable, sorry to say. More consistent service and SQ also has full AVOD, whereas CX generally (barring random equip change) will just be the TV with channels. So I think it just comes down to cost for you. If you're pinching pennies and also don't care about your time, then CX via HKG. Otherwise, SQ.
