Update:

After reading through all the threads and feedback, I went ahead and booked the Embassy Suites. My fiancée and I have not stayed at an ES property before, so hopefully this will be a good experience, especially all the good reviews that I've read.

Anybody have recommendations on good places for dinner? Any particular cuisine is fine; what is Portland's specialty? Seafood? Even better if it's iDine affiliated! :-)
