Had an award stay at the Conrad in Oct, got upgraded nice overlooking the inner courtyard on request and free breakfast (hotel has no lounge) found the staff quite friendly especailly the night concierges. Good location lot of shops and some very nice restaurants nearbly short walk to subway.
