Anyways, I flew Air Canada a long time ago. Just recently we flew a "LAN" itinerary between MIA and SCL. It was operated by AA on the way to SCL and LAN on the way back. In short, even if you go the Miami route make sure you're on the LAN operated flight as the AA 767 we took was awful in terms of service whereas the LAN 767 had new AVOD systems, etc that made the flight much more enjoyable.

My wife and I also try to fly international carriers as much as possible for overseas flights since we flight economy class. All of them have been just as good, and most of them better, then what the US airlines give you.
