Traditionally, Miami would be the hardest, followed by Dallas, New York, Chicago and Boston.
That does not take into account the new 75L services, which will make the late NYC-CDG departure and BOS harder to clear.
It is seriously not a difficult market to clear, though, unless you are flying from Dallas in June/July or Miami in December/January.
