Well, it is not so new, really, as I think that it was flew the original Hilton flag there in the 1960's.
It was most recently the Sheraton Curacao, and the reviews of the rooms were not that good -- old and tired. Perhaps that is why it is listed as only an Executive Class hotel, right now.
In any event, there are no blackouts and the point redemption cost still appears to be a bargain.
