For years I have used the following link to make reservations without having to call a human being:

The link now says the rate ID is no longer valid. I called and a CSR told me that the 60+ rate has always required a phone call to get it
Anyone else notice this? Is there a new rate ID? Obviously my experience with the CSR wasn't productive.
