Hilton Bolshoi Moscow was supposed to open in 2001, but the plans have been scrapped for now.
All Marriotts are quite good in Moscow, and I would choose any one of them (with the exception of Renaissance) over the Radisson any day. Sheraton is OK too, definitely beats the Radisson. If you have a status with SPG, it might be another option to consider.
