Exchange KLM discount certificate for NWA voucher?
Hope someone can point me in the right direction...
A while back I was handed a KLM travel discount certificate (a paper coupon with an 074 ticket number) on a flight because my IFE system was not working. I remember reading somewhere on FT that it is possible to exchange this for a NWA Discount Travel E-cert, but a search did not bring anything up.
Any ideas? Cheers!
