Could have been corked, usually seems to happen with 1 out of every 12 bottles or so. Might also be some mild brettanomyces (sp?) contamination, or cellar funk, or some other contamination. It would be hard to tell without tasting it also. Needless to say, if you didn't like it and got that kind of sensation/aroma, it was a bad bottle. Don't give up on Bolli, they do good things
