I am reallly thinking about doing a cab(form the Grosvenor House)to LHR for our morning return on 7/7 since it will be our first BA F and I want to enjoy everything that entails at T5.

If you book a small mini-cab firm, you will probably be looking at about £30-35...
Company Like Addison Lee, probably around the £50-60 mark...
Private Hire Merc or the likes, around the £100 mark...
