I need a little more info. I have lots of points but have never used them for an award. I have checked out the web site and am unsure if I can book an award online or if I need to call HHonors? It also mentions a 2 bedroom suite in the lagoon towers, is that a possible award room? I just thought I might get lucky, I got lucky with the tickets to Hawaii, 7 Frequent Flyer tickets on Northwest. I still am amazed at that one! It makes taking the troops a lot easier.
