I stayed at the BRU Hilton last Oct., and ate at the breakfast buffet once (I was on the executive level, but the Clubroom was closed early unlike the ground floor restaurant and I had to leave early). I thought the buffet was very good. There was lots of fruit, breads, smoked salmon,etc. - a wide variety of items, so I`m surprised you didn`t like it. But I didn`t get all the room gifts you got.
