The red-eyes have a "snack" which is really a small meal, it consists of a sandwich, some kinda of "salad" which isn't greens but things like shredded carrots or a coleslaw like item...and then a packaged brownie. The FA should also go around with the snack basket if they see people awake. MANY people just go straight to sleep...but if you are awake they will ask you if you want a snack.

As for the ice cream truffle, that is only served on flights that serve lunch of dinner and the premium nuts thing...don't remember if ONLYwith lunch and dinner flights...but not much to write home about anyways...
