Not sure what happened to others on Trip Advisor but we had a pleasant experience. Free parking and front desk was prompt and spot on. Gave us a walking map and highlighted the stores we wanted to visit. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Free drinks in the lobby every morning.

Upon checkout the morning staff was great! The hotel location to stores, restaurants, shopping, etc is outstanding!
There is a neat little beer store 1 block down on the left with 100s of beers. Nice employees as well.

TWO CONS - No ice machine on 5th floor and elevators are SLOW. We had a good time and would return.
