When flying through LAX in the past, I recall a very nice and courteous concierge - she was an older woman. She is definitely not the person who responded to my email.
The one you are referring to is Rita. She - like all the concierges - is great. My experiences with them has only been positive (Steve, Rashid etc.). I used to go through LAX a few times a month but not as frequently of late and I know that they have a few new ones who I have not yet met. It does surprise me that they did not respond.
