Well, I would not say that this is in accordance with the policy ("At Hilton hotels outisde the U.S. with Executive Floors, Gold VIPs will be provided with a guest room on the Executive Floor, whenever possible."
I'll be at the Berlin Hilton in 2 weeks - I would hate to fight for the perks.
