i'm sorry but i have absolutely zero tolerance for rudeness in the workplace either towards co-workers or customers and just who do you think the customers of the tsa are?. he||, if a bank can can train their staff how to properly (n.b. properly) act with the public do it then sure as sh*t the tsa can do it.
