I am hold VIP status with all the Hilton LV casinos. The only two programs which are linked are Ballys and Paris (also I believe the LV Flamingo is linked with the Laughlin Flamingo Hilton )
However all casino marketing is done though Park Place so if you are rated at any of the Hilton casinos and want to get a comped stay
(or any stay for that matter)elsewhere if you call Park Place they will be the best able to set you up in any of their properties across the country including Atlantic City and the Caesars Palace casinos.
Most times Park Place can get you in free depending on your play rating into a property which may be completely sold out for normal reservations.( They have done this
at least twice for me)
They were able to confirm me a free stay at the Flamingo for the Millenium when early on when many places including the LV Hilton was asking for $1000/night with a 3 night minimum and I needed to make sure I had confirmed reservations 6 months in advance.
No linkage with Hhonors though but casino guests are treated much better than Hhonor
