I was trying to book a villa on SPG 50 and was told it is not possible to book villas on SPG 50-and it is 120K per night for villas on points. At USD 1100 plus taxes for gardenia villa for the dates I was looking at, I decided to skip St Regis and booked Four Seasons which is 60% of St Regis with the pay for three nights- stay four nights offer.
