Sunday
7:00-9:10am FCO-CDG
10:30am CDG-SFO
Connection time is 1:20, so I'd appreciate any tips on making this as fast as possible.
The best option is walking from 2F to 2E. Once you have gone through the baggage retrieval area in 2F, walk straight ahead in the Galerie over a set of moving walkways (3mn). Upon arrival in 2E, take the escalators in front of you up one level. You are in front of the immigration booths for departures from 2E.
Do we need to pass through immigration in CDG since we are coming out of Schengen area? Where is it / are there any options?
Yes, in 2E. Once you have gone through immigration, depending on the boarding pier your gate is located in :
- for gates E28 through E47 walk straight ahead to clear security
- for gates E51 through E76, turn left and take the automated shuttle train LISA that runs every 2mn and involves a 45s ride to satellite S3, where you clear security.
Will AZ give us boarding passes for AF flight CDG-SFO in Rome?
Thanks!
